First Ultrasonography from VIZAG
SONOSCAN SYSTEM
The first report referred by Dr. Y. XX xxx xxxxx,
F.R.C.S., to vizag sonoscan of Mr. Kidney patient.
The left ureter is dilated and there is a calculus
by size 1.6 cms in the upper third. The pelvi
calyceal system is slightly dilated.
Hydronephrosis of the left kidney.
Calculus left ureter.

Date of 2nd scan: 29-12-92.
The left kidney is normal in size and the margins of
the kidney are regular. The cortex and the margins
of the kidney are regular. The collecting system is
normal. There are no calculi. There is no mass
lesion.
Impression: NORMAL STUDY
